Binnie Factor, broker, has been involved in all facets of Real Estate for over 28 years. She has been involved in Conversions, Management and Sales of Residential and Commercial property.
Binnie has a degree from Boston University, and has since taken many Real Estate related courses. She lives in Burlington, MA - has 2 grown sons and a husband who is a renowned Real Estate Attorney in Burlington.
Since Starting her career she has been a #1 broker in many of the offices she has worked in. Binnie also holds her SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, but also loves working with first time buyers.
She is involved in many volunteer positions, the rehabilitation of the historic Grand View Farm in Burlington, being one. She would be honored to share her ESP= Experience, Service & Professionalism with you.
